Are these MOUs like the numerous accounts of support for the Malvinas myth that never translates to anything actually happening?

Argentina it seems, is run on photo opportunities.

When all of the hoopla started about VM I told El Dego and Think and the rest of the Sistahs that nobody drills unprofitable wells. It was unprofitable then its is more unprofitable now.
They'll all be long dead before they see anything substantial come out of that Dead Cow.

    Apparently,
    in a few years time,
the British government and the Falkland government will never have to speak to Argentina ever again ??

As it well now seems to be a sure fact, that CHINA will own Argentina
as signed by the MOS Pact=memorandum of stupidity,,
as seen in the small print,
that Argentina never reads and thus one wonders why they are in so much debt,
    Chinese whispers...lol
