The Judiciary is the greatest threat to the Kleptocrats. After all, stealing is supposed to be against the law.

    YOUR VULGAR HYPOCRISY.
Every time i hear all those judges who often make a strong defence or republicanism, and of independence of justice, they omit to say that their posts ar the result of political negotiations, then, it's not necseary to be so smart to realize that the independence from political power isn't absolut, beside, the same cretins who talk about republicanism all the time, have never said a word about the fact that nisman used to answer to the geopolitical interests of the embassy from u s. a. in buenos aires, in relation to the amia case, what kind of republicanism is that?. If i take into account all these facts, i don't understand what did nisman deserve a homage.
On the other hand, some of the hypocrites who organized the march, like prosecutors plee and moldes, were denounced by relatives of the victims of the attack of 1994, for having obstructed the covering up of that fact, then i wonder again what kind of justice can we expect from those people?, beside, others like prosecutors campagnoli and saenz have terrible antecedents of their work.
Anyway, if somebody still thinks that the march of last wednesday was to claim for justice for nisman's death, i accept it, in fact, there have always been ignorant or inocent pople, however although those cretins don't admit it, it's well known that the march was just one judicial operation, with the purpose of eroding the government of c. f. k., actually what they really want, is to brake c. f. k's government down, however they are not stupid, and they know that in the actual context, their wish is imposible, but they also know that they have a great power of extortion.

    Axel,

It has always been the other way around. The executive always has exerted influence over the judiciary using bribes or threats. Does that make them corrupt? Yes, it does, but no nearly as corrupt as the different executives (including the junta) that are/were the real perpetrators behind the scenes.
I think you are missing the point. It is actually a good thing that they react by denouncing pressures. At least they are facing the public and are committing themselves to more transparency. Weather they will live up to this promise or not, the judges and prosecutors have put themselves on the spot. And that is a good thing after all.

No need to attack Cretina and rotting roadkill. They seem to be doing an admirable job of self destruction.

    TARQUIN FIN.
Sorry tarquin, if you are happy believing that those judges are just denounding pressures, i accept it, but as far as i'm concerned, i am not inocent, and i won't buy the hypocritical vertion which says that the march was just to claim for justice, in relation to nisman's death. If c. f. k.'s government is corrupt, then i hope that justice investigates all those who commited delits, in fact i don't defend the moral authority of any functionary, i only defend the achievements that workers could get in all these years, although i don't deny that i feel admiration for c.f. k., but if the president, or any other functionary commited a corruption delit, i won't defend them. Anyway, beyond the admiration or the rejection that anybody can feel for any government, we don't have to be so inocent and buy easily the operations of judges and politicians, supported by mediatic corporations. Some of those cretins who joined the march, have causes which involve powerful corporations, and they have done nothing yet, i already explained what kind of justice can we expect with that sort of judges.

The Judiciary need to get off their collective arses and go and ask the Prosecutors where the indictments for TMBOA and Gollum are.

There must be an unimaginable number over ten years of robbing and murdering the citizens of TDC.

Ah, perhaps that's the clue: TDC.

    Some say--
when a desperate corrupt incompetent government falls out with the courts / judges etc,
its not long before they try to abolish them,
perhaps a return to a dictatorship is not as far off as some may think,

to be honest, that for a lunatic who is supposed to go very soon, she seems very active in the very things that either brings governments down , or turns them into evil dictatorships,

    just saying like

    “YOUR VULGAR HYPOCRISY.”

    Are you feeling ok?

I've read your post and then re-read it, nowhere in it do you use the word “sepoy”.

Either you have forgotten to use it or you are quite unwell..................

I haven't decided which it is yet.

The march called by a group of prosecutors (not THE prosecutors by any means) was a surreal event even by Argentina standards.
Here we have those in charge of seeking justice marching to ask for justice. And how things are at home? Well: two of those prosecutors have been denounced by relatives of people dead in the AMIA bombing for obstructing the investigation of the attack.
The 18F march was a barely disguised attempt to use Nisman's death to weaken the government and force an early interruption of CFK's mandate.
Nisman himself was a special prosecutor with a large budget and a large team who was in charge of the AMIA investigation for a whole decade-- who made zero progress in those 10 years--nada!
The march itself was done in the assumption the government had sent assassins to kill Nisman after he denounced CFK. However, a member of the family of prosecutors has named Nisman's death as doubtful (dudosa), and said early findings pointed to no third-party intervention--but the investigation continues.
There is much more, but another significant element is Nisman's denunciation itself. Its 290 pages are full of disjointed anecdotal “evidence” that has been put together in an attempt to arrive to a foregone conclusion: the government's illegal negotiations with Iran to derail the AMIA investigation. There is nothing--noting at all--showing the slightest proof of CFK or Timmerman connection with a plot as denounced. In fact, much of what has been found out so far suggests a plot, in fact, never existed.
Which brings us to the question: Why Nisman suddenly interrupted a holiday in Spain to come back and present a denunciation he had been working on for two years in mid-summer?

I thought you previously said that you would wait for the otcome of the investigation of Nismund's death?
Why then, your anxiety to promote “dudosa”...?

As for your final question, why indeed would anyone rush back from a presumably happy family holiday, many thousands of miles, in order to kill themself?
    Why?
You know this is dodgy, but you can not admit it.

Maybe you are emotionally over-invested in Krass-tina?
