Following a meeting of the European Central Bank's rate-setting Governing Council in Cyprus on Thursday, ECB president Mario Draghi said the bank would start buying sovereign bonds from Euro zone countries on Monday next week. Read full article

In your eloquent style you forgot to mention that is was Federal Reserve and the Bank of England who started Quantative Easing (Anglo-Saxon fools printing money).
To my knowledge the UK is not even in the Eurozone, but you want out anyway.
