It's time to proceed with investments in the pre-salt.

”Write-downs linked to the corruption scandal amounted to 6.19 billion Reais (about $2 billion), but Monteiro noted that it was “impossible to say” if that sum covered the entire fallout.”

And there we have the problem. Nobody knows just how bad this Lula driven theft will be AND he thinks investors will be coming back!

    He must be fucking bonkers!

The only thing investors will be doing is joining a class action in NY to get back the graft losses they have suffered. I will put money on that.

@ 1 Pre-salt will not pay for itself with the present oil price, idiot.

Why do you post those ridiculous videos? You may think they're cool but most of what you post is very outdated technology and since Brazil has no battle experience someone that does would dominate your country in a matter of days.

Brazilians are silly, they think they're civilized and part of the 1st world and they are barely monkeys out of the jungle.
Thank goodness they can't afford to travel to the USA any longer.

On the day that an North-American soldier invade our territory will be the end of the United States. You can be sure of that!

Did you not like my video? I am saddened. I posted just to please you!

But what arrogant monkeys jungle as we could want to see in the United States?
I will always agree with you on that point. When I say to the Brazilians that we should not go to Miami. It is better to travel through South America. Here we do not need a visa, even passport.

    BRASSO

What the fuck was a video about subs doing on the link about Shell and BG?

Are you even aware that you do not have any working subs?

Even when you get one to pass the acceptance trials (if they ever do) you have NO trained, experienced submariners and it will take about TEN years to get them up to speed.

I really do hope some idiot in your government, and you have PLENTY of those, tries it on with a British sub, IF they can find one while it is stalking your crap for practice.

    Grow up FFS.

The nice thing about Marxist run countries is the USA can just sit back and watch them fail.

How could you ever think you could beat us in a war?
    Silly monkey.

I want our mineral resources are exploited by ourselves. I want Brazil to be the most powerful country on the planet. I want! And I will fight all my life so for my country!

No room for yankees here in my Brazil.

That'll happen before Brazil ever makes it out of being a 3rd world Sh*thole.

    http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-04-22/after-record-drought-dengue-fever-is-now-sweeping-across-sao-paulo

Leccese is among the 460,500 Brazilians who caught the potentially deadly disease this year through March 28, more than triple the number a year earlier, the Health Ministry said (PDF). Eight thousand of Sao Paulo city’s 12 million residents already have been infected, and the city forecasts 82,000 more cases, almost all in the next few months. The ministry said in March more than 300 other municipalities also are at risk of an epidemic.
The outbreak of dengue that’s sweeping across Sao Paulo state, which accounts for a third of Brazil’s gross domestic product, coincides with a steady erosion of the standard-of-living gains Brazilians have enjoyed in the past decade. The state’s 44 million residents also are grappling with stagflation, spending cuts and a corruption scandal that’s engulfing the state-run oil company, Brazil’s biggest builders and leading politicians.

We are in the last week of dengue here. In late autumn the mosquito dies. And only now you come to talk about it? You're late, by the way their country is long overdue. Where will you get water to Los Angeles?

    I prefer my videos!

    @13 brasshole
keep on wanting until the cows come home.....typical attitude of an ignorant petista.

@15 Last week of 'dengue' ??? wishful thinking....but then again, if your darling Dilma, or your hero Lulla said so, it must be true.

Pls keep on sending us your jokes...
