Normally a strong opposition in the Legislative and a relatively independent media has contributed to keep limits or exposing temptations.
Meanwhile, in Argentina...
- The Opposition is shouted down, and vilified as unpatriotic.
- The existence of Independent Press is under attack by the government, that seeks to minimise it.
The result is an Argentina that is recognised internationally, as corrupt.

I also do. Just south from Uruguay , between 58ºW and 62º W, lies a queer and misty archpelago of controversial name, overpopulated with penguins and members of H.M. Armed Forces. The name of the islanders´ illness has also been an object of discussions between British and aliens historians, particularly about its heritable character. Its most illustrious victim -according with the aliens- has been Sir Francis Drake.
