    It was Cristina's government who brought the number of members of the court down from 9 to 5. Now she wants to go back to 9? Lorenzetti should not resign.

    The headline is biased. It is true the judiciary is polarized, and those who Mercopress call `non submissive` could more realistically be called judges who side with the opposition.
    This is a strange move from a man who just got re-elected after having his peers voting on his mandate one year before the due date.
