    Take that Christian Rubilar.
The appointed him 8 months before his term ends in case Fayt croaks and the K's install their Kampora puppet.
The end of the K reign is near!

Another funny quote from Anibal the Animal.
“it is not the government that is asking, it is the Congress that evaluates a request from a lawmaker,”
And who has the majority of the seats?
A political trial on Fayt? For what? Not handing down the decisions that Kirchner & co want? I think we can take it as read that hounding Fayt means that he's not popular with the 'gang'!

The Supreme Court has tried to fix its blooper of a few days ago when it made it appear as if minister Carlos Fayt was presented and making motions during the “first” confirmation of Lorenzetti as its president, when in fact he had stayed home where he was sent the paperwork to sign.
So the Court appoints Lorenzetti as president eight months before the end of its term, to ensure he is well positioned ahead of the December change in government.
In the meantime, the opposition blocks in the Congress the appointment of a replacement of judge Zaffaroni, who resigned effective Jan. 1.
Any suspicions that the Supreme Court has taken political sides are totally unfunded.
