Westerners are beginning cannibalism. When mice have nothing to eat, devour each other.
The West has no one to explore.

The evolution of mankind will happen like it or not the West!

And now a beautiful video for your enjoyment:

@3. I think the purpose is to show that the British and Americans can do all that is necessary. No need to go anywhere near south america. It puts south america in perspective. It's a cheap market where rubbish can be offloaded. And they don't know how to run economies.

    ALMOST right.

Uruguay is a country with heavily taxed everything: you name it, they tax it and then they stick VAT on the top. So even the Chin rubbish is over priced.

It does mean however that the items that used to be made locally are now not available due to the companies being out of business.

“And they don't know how to run economies.” is spot on.

The entire economy is inverted when compared to the west. Very few independent companies supporting a 'cone' comprising all the hangers on, starting with 600,000 public / government owned monopoly workers who don't pay tax (even though they are charged it of course) and the cost of giving money to the stinking poor who have never worked in their life, ALL this money coming from the very bottom of the pile.

It is no wonder the real workers get pissed off, the cost of all these taxes means that the stinking idle poor get as much, if not more, than those who work.

The governments of Uruguay keep saying the same old thing about external investors are needed to start businesses and factories, which is true. Even if the government started to improve things NOW it would take 25 years to see the required nascent attributes come to the fore such as a TECHNICALLY EDUCATED workforce holding the skills necessary for these investors.

A good start could be made by outlawing the worst of the Union laws and sacking half the government workforce. But now you can see the real problem: it's one of chicken and the egg”, WTF do they do, there are no real jobs available!
