Just as a matter of curiosity, but lamentably in a condition of total lack of maintenance and/or modernization, you might consider the railroads (built by the Brits and with about 30.000 miles of track by the end of WWII), the various (artificial) gas Companies (built by the Brits in the last quarter of the 19th C), the Port of Buenos Aires, which underwent enormous construction and modernization by the Brits, at the end of the 19th C, making it the largest in Latin America by 1925.....Unfortunately, the rot set in during Peron's first government (soon after WWII) and has been a constant since then.
Today, what's left, is probably only their wine, beef and fruit.
Cisplatin does very well the role of Uruguai.
