Chile announces world's third largest fully protected marine area

Chilean President Michelle Bachelet announced this week the creation of the Nazca-Desaventuradas Marine Park, giving Chile claim to the largest marine reserve in the Americas -- as well as the Easter Island Marine Park, which will be the third-largest fully protected marine area in the world.     A great project! Indeed problem number one will be protection.
    Now,
    Chile's Navy (through its Directemar) has placed an order for seven excellent Vulcanair P68 Observer 2 (2015/16/17). Perhaps that modest order should be increased to 12 or more airplanes of this type.

    Brazil has to increase the tax on products imported from Chile. And require visa for the entry of Chilean in Brazil.

    Chile can not be considered a friendly country.

    Chile imports something like 11 times the goods from Brazil that Brazil buys from Chile. Placing additional tariffs on Chile would be stupid, but consider who's proposing the idea...
