    She of all people should know that things drag on in Argentina as she certainly has, you only have to look at the Nisman case, they still can't make up their minds whether it was murder or suicide, what idiots they must be brain dead.

    Let's see now. Attack takes place in 1992. In 2001, the terrorist boasts of his involvement. But it takes another 14 years to issue a warrant? And where is this jihadist now?

    Hezbollah is funded by Iran. Argieland is pals with Iran. Can't upset Iran.

    Hezbollah has far reaching friends with assassins in tow,

    perhaps CFK should tread very carefully.

    So does Argentina think that by issuing a warrant for his arrest, the problem is solved ? that Suleiman will present himself to Interpol so that he can be extradited ?
    Or maybe the Kretina, with her super powers, should demand that Hezbollah hand him over. Best not hold your breath.

    Outside the European Arrest Warrant Scheme, there is no such thing as an International Arrest Warrant. There is however an Interpol Red Notice, which is basically a locate, report and request for arrest for extradition. However, that has to meet with stringent conditions, not least that an extradition treaty exists between the two countries in question.

    @5 reality check,
    So in actual fact, this “lnternational Arrest Warrant” is as meaningless as Argentina's ridiculous “claims” for the Falklands & other British territory in the South Atlantic?
    As meaningless as Argentina itself?
    Why do we even acknowledge Argentina's existence?

    “Why do we even acknowledge Argentina's existence?”

    Apart from those on this board I don't think anybody else does.

    I did see in the UK Daily Telegraph the link to TMBOA waggling her backside in a feeble and ludicrous attempt at 'dancing' at a political event.

    Argentina is mentioned when international sporting events are being staged but other than that they just never make the 'sensible news'. I think we can all see the reason why, can't we?

    The attack takes place in 1992.

    An arrest warrant is issued in 2015.

    23 years.

    So if a court order to take property belonging to oil companies in the Falklands is finally issued in 2015, the next legal action relating to actually doing anything at all will be in 2038, right?
