The fragile relations between neighboring Chile and Peru appeared to unwind further Saturday, after Peruvian President Ollanta Humala officially recognized an administrative district in a disputed border area. The sea corridor bit of land that Bolivia wants was once Peruvian.. give it to the Bolivians...then let the Peruvians and Bolivians go to war...against each other.
