Is it true that the only reason PetroBras is in so much debt, is due to the massive corruption and fraud of the past years?

We are preparing a capitalization plan for Petrobras through the National Treasury that has been followed surpluses in foreign currency in 2015. Instead of we put these surpluses into our international reserves, we will capitalize Petrobras with that money so that the company can meet the objectives outlined by the Federal Government.

We believe that even then will still be missing around 2 billion euros to meet investment goals and payment of debts in 2016.

Osterreich has already provided funding of this amount for replacement in 25 years. Most likely we will accept help from brother country.

However one needs to study other proposals we have on the table. Countries such as China, Germany, India, Italy and Angola also want to participate.

So the problem is not money, the problem is not to scratch sensibilities. Diplomacy is all!

PBR will have to go into bankruptcy and have the courts liquidate most of its assets.
This is the worst time to sell oil assets.

They got loans based on sky high oil and now they can't give them away.

We are oil importers. This is the time to invest in our own oil because input prices are low in the international market.

When we get our self-sufficiency we will review the plans. Not now!

The only way PBR can do further exploration is with foreign $ and technology. I don't see why anyone would sign with PBR knowing there's a 70% chance it will go into bankruptcy shortly.

First of all, asshole, for anyone to buy up part of the subsalt oil, a pre-condition is that someone put it up for sale...who ? PeTebras !

Second : Just fyi, the person who is announcing the possibility, or rather, the necessity to sell off assets is Aldemir Bendine, a 'gepone' placed there by 'Dilminha, a coitadinha'...
Mas o seu “inventando mentiras p´ra ver se cola ” é bem digno do ignorantão que você é.
One question asshole : who is “WE” ??....you and who else bean brain ?
