A specially designed software to help detect, monitor and identify jiggers operating in international waters in the South Atlantic was presented at a meeting organized by Argentina's National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, INIDEP together with the country's Space Research national commission, partners in the development.     Pretty sure the illegal fishing is done with Chinese boats.
    In the end Argentina won't do anything about it.

    China obviously has a hand in the offshore oil territories dispute as well.

    If they'll steal a reef what do a few squid matter?

    Oh bless, the Argys, after years of raping the squid by decree from TMBOA have now “developed” software than can show some lights on the surface of the South Atlantic!

    I bet the jiggers are reading this and already have a plan to change the light pattern of the ships on a daily or even hourly 'programme' of their own.
