He needs to buy himself an OMRON MT10 IT machine and monitor it to detect just what is stressing him the most. Putting the data link into his laptop allows easy term analysis.

If it was the last president, she went 'sick note; at the drop of a hat-typical Argentine diversion tactics to hide bad news or an excuse for her to have plastic surgery.
