You can dress them up like Italians but they still act like Bolivians.

They tried at one time pegging the argie peso to the dollar.

In this particular case it reflected the recurring argentine tendency to overvalue the peso (similar to the overvaluation of other things in Argentina that result from an overvalued national ego).
