I'm sure now that the Europe, UK, Asia, North America, Oceania, all go protectionist/isolationist in fear and cowering of the changing world, the posters from all of those nations will call these policies “wise and visionary”. Of course when the Ks did it it was banana republic.

Spoken by the one of the worst US Presidents who, given the opportunity to make real changes to America, screwed it big time.

Up there with the Bush's, Clinton and the latter day Reagan.

Shortly to be joined by another Clinton, or more likely, a Trump!

Even with Australia's current crop of idiotic politicians, I can't see them implementing even a minute sliver of the economic stupidity that your past politicians embraced.

Seems like the old system to heal by bleeding--a procedure that sometimes killed the patient.

    Hey Obamy, guess what?

Transpacific trade pact is DOA in the senate.

Macaroni, remember what Obamy did for brexit?

His approval is a pox on your political fortunes.

Obama praises Argentina, and still stabs the UK in the back so they say,
