Dovena, the ex-Argy 'Ambassador' operated as if he ran the country and the Foreign Minister let him.
Macri is an enemy of The Broad Fraud but there are big financial irregularities on both sides concerning the dredging contract so I think that matters may come to a head soon, or not given the children who form The Broad Fraud, they will blow-hard then cave in as usual.
