Uruguay should, perhaps ask for FREE port services between the two countries and stat of a new phenomenon perhaps,

then others will follow and you can all have Free port facilities,

    just an idea.

Recalling events around the last time this subject surfaced, why doesn't Uruguay build or buy its own dredgers and clear the channels to its ports itself? Instead of leaving itself open to the vagaries of its “neighbour”.

The Broad Fraud were brothers and sisters to TMBOA and all her dreadful cohorts and in consequence were shit-scared to say no to her.

Dovena, the ex-Argy 'Ambassador' operated as if he ran the country and the Foreign Minister let him.

Macri is an enemy of The Broad Fraud but there are big financial irregularities on both sides concerning the dredging contract so I think that matters may come to a head soon, or not given the children who form The Broad Fraud, they will blow-hard then cave in as usual.
