    9 (#) yes they are in for an interesting surprise! what the British think, self determination will not be circumvented by talks on Sovereignty, in UN terms self determination has a higher status/priority than sovereignty which is seen as a issue between two opposing sides while the other see it as a human rights issues which is a UN core function to protect.
