The 2016//17 cruise season for the Magallanes region in the extreme south of Chile will see a drop in the number of calls, from 121 to 86, of which 83 in Punta Arenas and 3 in Puerto Natales, according to the schedule published by Punta Arenas port authority, Austral Port Company, EPA, website.     Regretably the so called 'Minister of Tourism' for Uruguay still cannot see the wood for the trees and I suspect there will be another drop in visits this year, the third year running for PdelE.

    Costs are too high and MVD is 'dirty' and offers less value AKA shitty and a rip off.

    This is what you get for a government with illiterate and innumerate commies in power.
