Perhaps Gibraltar should have another referendum,
the article seems to indicate Gibraltar wants to stay,

So a referendum with the question
does Gibraltar wish to stay with the EU and become independent,
or leave with the UK and stay British,

the question my be wrong but the Spain and the EU will make sure Gibraltar don't have it both ways,
and I think Gibraltar will be forced to choose,

    just my opinion only.
