How very curious. The Chilean region of Magallanes is just to the south of us and for all practical purposes much of it looks the same as the adjacent Argentine province of Santa Cruz, and their economic bases are similar.

According to this article the economy of the Chilean region grew by 15 percent in the last reporting period.

For the second trimester of 2016, the economy of the adjacent Santa Cruz province fell by 9 percent, making it the worst performing province in all of Argentina.

Did I mention that the governor of Santa Cruz province is ...... Alicia Kirchner?

People from Chile use Health service in Rio Gallegos.. and many chilean students come to UBA (BA university) cause it is free.. They are welcome as peruvian, uruguayan, paraguayan and another inmigrants. Argentina was generous with inmigrants, also with welsh in Chubut Province but dont agree with english invasion in Malvinas and Pto.Soledad in 1833.

Nitro, maybe Argentina would not be as frequently bankrupt if it observed some of the more sensible economic policies in neighbouring Chile, which for some reason doesn't offer free university education for every Bolivian that comes by.
