- The Human Rights [& the other organs including the UN] are making a hue & cry on an international scale.
- The Brazilian Govt. will be spending more than R$ 1B to improve the conditions of the living standards of the prisoners.
When will these organizations show a similar interest and urgency; to help/assist The Innocent Victims of such criminals? NEVER?
To keep them imprisoned; each prisoner costs more than R$ 3'000 per month. Besides, they have their rights and benefits - including child-care, use of mobile phone and even the 'intimacy-visits'!
Instead of overburdening the Tax-Payers; why can't these criminals be made to work to pay for their upkeep while completing their sentences?
