This is an important ruling. Trump cannot think he is a dictator and can do whatever he pleases. The constitution is designed to stop any President from acting outside of the law.

If Trump is smart, he will withdraw the EO, have a new order written that is lawful and has the backing of the government. However, this is Trump and his ego is out of control.

Whilst explain to Trump, in simple words and using picture cards, how government works within the law and constitution, they might remind him that no White House staff can flog his daughter's clothing line on T.V.

What in tarnation does a supreme court justice have to do with the determination of the 9th Circuit Federal Appeals Court? Other than your personal opinion, do you have anything to substantiate your claim of “being the most overturned”.

Thank you for confirming that other than your personal opinion, you do not have anything to substantiate your claim of “being the most overturned”.

Table 2 shows that the 9th Circuit Court had the most cases overturned, and also the most cases affirmed. It's simply by far the biggest.

It does not have the highest percentage overturned; that honour goes to the Federal Court, according to the same report. And the number of cases considered for most of the courts are so low that the differences are probably not statistically significant anyway.

Also note the paper only covers the period 1999 - 2008, so the figures are rather out of date. More recent data for 2010 - 2015 shows the 6th Circuit has the highest percentage overturned, followed by the 11th Circuit, with the 9th Circuit now in third place.

So it's fair to say the 9th Circuit has an above average reversal rate, but claiming it's 'the most overturned' is as usual a right-wing myth.

    Sorry, Herp.

Justification isn't a factor in jurisprudence in a constitutional republic.

    Stupid libtard.
