Dr David Nabarro, one of the three candidates for Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), visited Uruguay 23-24 March. No one with that atrocious record should get anywhere near the WHO.

Not that it's relevant anyway, unless this Nabarro guy was somehow involved. Part of this article reads like it was taken straight from his CV, but I guess that's not so surprising when he is trying to get support by visiting Uruguay. The other two candidates are from Ethiopia and Pakistan, by the way.
