Judging from the sophistication; they really have perfected AND legalized corruption - not only the ART of corruption but also the art to justify to the population that everything is 100% Legal and everyone involved, is in reality; totally innocent after all! Obviously; such an admirable & courageous act requires LOTS of brains!
