“A Brazilian source confirmed that the two passports were legitimate documents and could be used for worldwide travel.”
Can't wait to see what feeble excuse will be presented by the Brazilian Embassy in Prague (and those who issued the passports in 1996) to justify their actions....If the passports were false, they'd could at least allege they had nothing to do with it. Perhaps a few bank accounts should be checked.

REF: “bank accounts should be checked”:

That's a waste of too much time & money! From almost ALL African countries, the passports - even MULTIPLE passports are available [overnight] for a farthing - if one greases a few Official-Palms [also far a farthing].

I'm aware that some African countries 'sell' passprts to those who are willing to pay for them.
The accounts I'm referring to are those of the Brazilian Embassy employees that issued the passports....you know, “o famoso jeitinho”...

    Yes, I know.

REF: “Perhaps a few bank accounts should be checked”: If they had approached some African country, they need not have to pay a huge price - as in case of the Brazilian Passport! But of course, a Brazilian Passport has its own benefit and its own charm!
