The LATAM countries have done a great deal to bring about a political settlement in Syria. NOT
Russia will not solve the issue, they might win militarily but you do not bring people together by bombing and crushing them.This conflict I suggest has many, many years before it is solved.

- Like Palestine+Israel, The Issue can never be solved.
- Also not by the UN + the concerned/involved countries
- The lobbies [arms-manufacturers, etc] can never permit it.
