Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) Justice Edson Fachin has referred the appeal filed by the former president Lula da Silva's defense team to the full court. The ruling is expected for August, after the recess of the Brazilian judiciary. Read full article

    Under the law of civilized countries, Lula would have been arrested after his conviction by Moro, and his right to appeal would have run out long ago....but Lula and his lawyers think that the STF is their private domain, and that they can keep on insisting.

    Lulla+Lawyers KNOW that they OWN the STF. Observe how the so-called rigid laws against the corrupt get vague with hundreds of loopholes to make the legal system totally useless - a mockery of democracy! By the way, WHO IS PAYING HIS LAWYERS FEES?
