Bolivia, known to have the largest reserves of lithium, has offered the metal –used in making batteries of electric vehicles, laptops and smart phones– to India. Even LI upstart Argentina (Jujuy province) has to move product to market via port of Antofagasta in Chile's Atacama region. Bolivia believes the Atacama is 'theirs' and the dispute is now at the International Court of... Justice.
