Argentina and Spain have signed a fisheries and aquaculture bilateral cooperation Memorandum of Understanding. Disclaimer & comment rules...ensure conservation and a sustainable management of straddling species. A fine and mighty ideal, but what will the Arg do about the Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean fishing vessels exploiting overfished straddling stocks, I wonder?
