Disclaimer & comment rulesIt seems pointless to criticize Nicolas Maduro, other than to note that in anything approaching an actual meritocracy he would never ascend to such a position of power and influence. I can't recall a single leader of any nation during my lifetime who manifests such a singular lack of intelligence about...anything. The current state of the nation (effectively a failed state) is an indictment of his predecessor.
