Former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her children, Florencia Kirchner and Máximo Kirchner, will face trial on alleged money-laundering allegations after a federal judge this week decided to elevate his investigation, sending it to oral and public trial. I am sure it is just coincidence that whenever Baez needed real estate in a particular area the most appropriate property was earned by the Kirchner family.

Just as I am sure that all those government contracts awarded to Baez were awarded because Baez offered the best value bid for the contract. No evidence that anyone was overpaid.

The Kirchner family are just public servants trying to eke out an existence in Argentina and subject to the winds that buffet the economy like any other Argentine family. Like all Argentines they have suffered enough over the last 40 years.
