This is what happens when you put people in key government positions that have close links to the power generation and distribution companies. They reason from the companies' profit standpoint and act to solve problems to their benefit.

It's got to be said that the money will still go to the energy companies - only, instead of coming from those getting the services, all Argentines will pay.
