Argentina must take the first steps. Stop always talking about the illegitimate or even illegal F.I.G. Stop using offensive toponyms (Puerto Argentino is the most flagrant). Stop indoctrinating school children with malvinism. Remove the Malvinas from the Constitution. And many many more things. Then, there could be negotiations to improve the relations and in the end a peace treaty ending all claims to each others territories.

And to be fair the UN is not doing it's job by not allowing us the right to self-determination and telling Argentina and its cronies to sod off. But then there are snakes in the grass in the UN too!
