First datafolha, now instituto FSB. I have yet to find any reporter or news outlet that documents the predictions of these survey institutions prior to the 2018 election. At least one survey (with a ludicrous sample size of 2000) FSB conducted with Veja, predicted a 4% victory for the PT in 2018. The lack of rigorous background checks by the reporters and news outlets that uncritically trumpet these results calls into question their confirmation bias. It may very well be that Lula will win the upcoming election, but I have yet to see credible evidence toward that assertion. On the ground here, the sentiment appears heavily in Bolsonaro's favor, but then again, that is an anecdotal observation, subject to similar confirmation bias.
