Bit cheeky suggesting they are celebrating 40 years of democratic rule. They have not allowed democracy towards the Falkland islands people. They still use dictator rules against them. A country that declares to be fully democratic can only do so if they have been democratic in every aspect of their governing.
Argentina falls a long way behind democracy.
