Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado Tuesday asked the Brazilian Senate's Public Security Committee through a video appearance to help the Caribbean country hold fair primary elections. Libyan storm: Death toll reaches 5,300 and 10,000 people are missing

Lula announces funding for Rio Grande do Sul relief
