Suspected Hezbollah terrorists arrested in Brazil
Brazil’s Federal Police (PF) Wednesday arrested two suspects in Sao Paulo in connection with plans to stage “terrorist acts” against the Jewish community in the South American country. The proof is still valid, but the cases will never be tried again, as he has ecaped prosecution due to his age......he was never declared innocent by the Court.....but, since you like to believe, and allege he was, pls show us proof....NOTE : don't use the PT's or other radical left sites' versions of the fact.....use the site of the Federal Supreme Court.

You choose to ignore the very essence of the problem, that corruption did indeed exist (by using Petrobras), at levels never seen before (R$ 12 billion were returned, only a portion of the total stolen), involving most of the top ranking members of the PT, including nine-fingers.
If there was no corruption, I still can't understand why several Odebrecht directors confessed to the bribery, and a few from Petrobras confessed to receiving USD millions ...why would they confess, or why return millions if they had been earned honestly ?..... even Emilio Odebrecht willingly confessed (that on the last day of nine-finger's 2nd term) he advised the crook that a confidential USD 100 million account had been opened for him in the Bribery Dept., to be used at his pleasure, for all the 'favours' granted to Odebrecht during his 2nd term. But of course, the crook denounced Emilio, saying he (nine-fingers) was the “the most honest man on Earth”......
Am still waiting for the proof that STF declared nine-fingers was innocent.....
