X complies with De Moraes' requirements and asks to be reinstated in Brazil

Tycoon Elon Musk's social media platform X has submitted all the necessary paperwork before Brazil's Supreme Federal Court Justice Alexandre De Moraes to have its services reinstated in South America's largest country after being suspended last month for failing to comply with the magistrate's orders. De Moraes' decision to suspend X nationwide was later upheld unanimously by the STF's First Panel.

Beginning October Falklands implements Rural Recycling Program

The Falkland Islands Government (FIG) is pleased to announce a new initiative aimed at expanding the recycling collection service to properties in Camp. In partnership with Workboat Services Ltd, the first phase of this program will begin next month. Resources will be delivered to Fox Bay East and the Outer Islands included on the Concordia Bay schedule to support the collection of glass, tins, and cans for final processing in Stanley.

Voepass announces major board reshuffle after Aug. 9 crash

Brazilian carrier Voepass Wednesday announced a major Board of Directors reshuffle in the aftermath of the Aug. 9 accident of an ATR-72 aircraft flying in from Cascavel crashed in Vinhedo while approaching Sao Paulo's Guarulhos Airport. All 62 occupants of the aircraft were killed. Among those resigning were the heads of the maintenance (Eric Cônsoli), operations (Marcel Moura), and operational safety (David Faria) department,s and their replacements have already been chosen but are awaiting the National Civil Aviation Agency's (ANAC) nod.
