The land and garden that forms the Arch Green (formerly Cathedral Green) was given by the Falkland Islands Company to the Falkland Islands Government for the leisure of the people of Stanley, and enjoyment of visitors.
Falklands oil company, Rockhopper Exploration PLC has agreed with a regulated specialist fund to monetize the arbitration award. The award announced in August 2022 relates to arbitration against Italy involving Ombrina Mare oil field in the Adriatic. (*)

Uruguay's sales abroad dropped 13% interannually, according to a study released this week in Montevideo. Uruguay XXI's Annual Uruguay Trade Report showed that “neither the external nor the internal context contributed to Uruguayan exports of goods.” Uruguay XXI also noted that despite the fall from 2022 figures, 2023 was “the second year with the highest value exports in the last decade.”
Uruguayan authorities Wednesday declared the end of the agricultural emergency adopted in October 2022 to address the water deficit the country was going through, it was reported in Montevideo. The measure was extended several times to support those producers most affected by the climate situation.
