What “Justice” Toffoli writes “- what a joke, no justice there - is not to be taken seriously...a mediocre commie and ex-PT lawyer, who was pushed into the Supreme court by nine-fingers.
His record as a ”Justice” is hardly something to be proud of - his release of loads of confessed criminals in the Lavajato investigation, is just one of his great deeds.
He regularly rules on cases defended by a Law firm at which his wife is a partner, yet he sees no reason to recuse himself. But that's how the PT does things.

I presume you have been following the INSS scandal in Brazil....nine-finger's Minister of Social Security, Carlos Lupi, and his replacement, plus others appointed by the PT, responsible for the cover-up of the theft of roughly USD 1 billion, discounted from retirees' pensions, and channelled to leftist unions.
Despite starting during Bolsonaro's mandate, when it was denounced, nothing was done about it.
Beginning 2023, the embezzlement issue surfaced again - Nine-fingers, Carlos Lupi and several other high-ranking PeTistas were informed about it, yet decided to sweep it under the carpet - until they could no longer hide it. Just fyi, nine-finger's brother's union, of which he is vice-president, received USD 20 million of the embezzled money. All documented.
Instead of going after the Unions which received the embezzled funds, the government (nine-fingers) has said it will pay the pensioners back with funds from the National Treasury.....so, not being enough for the pensioners having been assaulted in broad daylight, the taxpayer has to pay for it....of course, to go after nine-finger's brother, would be political persecution.

Lula IS a crook...just fyi, his trip to France last week, with his uncouth wife, cost the taxpayer a hotel bill of R$ 1,2 million, plus another R$ 974 thousand for car rentals to tour Paris in luxury vehicles.
And for what ? certainly no benefit for the Brazilians.
And, he calls himself an “homem do povo”.....LOL.

But my point is, all your “knowledge ” of what happened in Brazil in 1964, and the circumstances that led up to it, was obtained years later, from leftist sites - hardly a reliable source of information, but that doesn't seem to concern you....the only thing that does, is your biased, leftist, distorted version of the facts (rewritten by the leftists after 1985) and your insisting on that narrative.
