Clarkson is a nasty racist macho man and I hope he one day pays the price for his xenophobia and 'little englander' and Daily Express mentality. Even on 'Who wants to be a millionaire' he still takes every opportunity to make pathetic jibes against Argentina if the country is mentioned in one of the questions.

''However the problem was that the 928 happened to come with a license plate that some people in Argentina thought was a deliberate reference to the 1982 Falklands War, and the defeat by a British Task Force of the occupying Argentine military, H982FKL.''

Apparently it wasn't deliberate as the plate signifies it's origin and history. I personally didn't see any relationship to the Islands in the lettering.

“Well the number-plate is the old sequence : H982 FKL
H is the old year code, H meaning the car was first registered in 1991
FKL - Is the area code, FKL is maidstone in Kent.
982 - Is the sequence, so this is the 982nd car to be registered in the maidstone area in 1991”
