    Earthquake rocks Chile's Easter Island, but no tsunami

    The Chilean island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean famous for its stone statues.

    An earthquake measuring 6.2 degrees on the Richter scale struck Chile's Easter Islands in the South Pacific Ocean on Wednesday, US and Chilean seismic centres reported, while an ensuing tsunami was ruled out.

    GREAT Maritime law professionals visit Chile

The delegation of experts in maritime law visited Chile in late November to join HRH Princess Anne, who travelled to the country to join the celebrations of the Chilean Navy’s 200th anniversary.
