  Index provider MSCI said on Wednesday it will reclassify Argentina as an emerging market and begin including Saudi Arabia in that classification, sharply broadening the investor base for both countries in a move that could be supportive of their equity markets. The decisions will be effective beginning in mid-2019.

  FIH Group has seen pretax profit rise 74%

  

  Falklands-focused retail and logistics firm FIH Group PLC hiked its dividend on Tuesday after profit and revenue rose amid a much improved performance from its largest unit. For the year ended March, pretax profit widened 74% to GBP3.3 million from GBP1.9 million the year prior. This was after revenue rose 8.2% to GBP43.8 million from GBP40.5 million the year before.

  Land Rover moves part of its production from UK to Slovakia

  

  Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has said it will move production of its Land Rover Discovery SUV from the West Midlands to Slovakia from next year. The Solihull factory, where the Discovery is manufactured, will be used to build a new generation of Range Rover models, the firm said.
