In Romania where discussions for peace and security of the international community have been actively operated as the presidency of EU in 2019, a peace conference took place for 2days from April 1st with the presence of the heads of state, governments, civil society, and international NGOs registered under the United Nations.

Based on South Korea, where the recent scent of peace sprang out, the NGO focuses on 3 unique approaches to peacebuilding.
On January 27, 30,000 people gathered in at Seul’s Gwanghwamun Square in a rally coordinated by the Global Citizens' Human Rights Coalition. People from civil society organizations and religious groups came together calling the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) to be held accountable for their ”unconstitutional actions and ultimately shut down,” local media reported.
On September 18th, leaders of the two Koreas have met in Pyongyang, North Korea, for the third meeting for inter-Korean reconciliation. With the international attention focused on the movements of the two leaders, families from around the world expecting the peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula, further world peace attended a peace festival held in South Korea.
UN-affiliated NGO based in South Korea Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) will held her fourth Peace Summit in order to promote world peace and the cessation of war. Since 2014, the NGO has hosted the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) Summits with the slogan of “everyone to become messengers of peace” to put in the debate the realizable methods for world peace in association with the leaders from each sector of the global society.
