Airlines worldwide paper ticket replace in June 2008

”The International Air Transport Association (IATA) today announced it has placed its final order for paper tickets. Some 16.5 million paper tickets were ordered from 7 specialized printers to supply the 60,000 accredited IATA travel agents in 162 markets around the world until 31 May 2008.

The number of foreign tourists arriving in Chile during the first half of 2007 increased 11.7% reaching 1.316.936, according to a release from the country's National Tourism Service, Sernatur. In money terms this is equivalent to 818 million US dollars, up 6%.
