lol, better than joining forces with a UK based oil company, like BP, ROFL!
BP can't even manage to produce oil without spilling it all over the place, way to go UK! ROFL
BP will be soon in Russian Hands, that starts with a cooperation.
This article is not about a take over, but just getting the oil out together, what is a must for the Brazilians to make a profit.
Fido, you have been through a 'disturbed phase' in your postings. I remember when I had you tagged as a 'serious' comentator on Merco-matters .
Nice to see a return to balanced comment.
You are wrong about BP, however.
BP may re-brand, but it has a world-wide portfolio and will take partners in fields alongside the indigenous company as and when it is necessary to do so - in just the same way as China is about to do with Petrobras.
BP can and does sell on the world markets; 'China' will sequester Brasilian oil to China *alone*. This is understandable as there is an ever-increasing need to fuel the expanding chinese-world economy, but, as it progressively commands oil reserve after oil reserve around the world, more to China means less to all other countries.
Oil-imbalance will change the face of the earth fundimentally. Those without oil, and with insufficient assets to buy it at the 'Chinese-price', will spiral out of the economic league table, becoming or remaining third-world in perpetuity.
lol @ # 6, idiot's talkin out his @ss

@9 Geoff, most of them don't know anything much, but like to think that they do. They are all talkers & posers but not doers. When they are confronted with facts or logic they just descend to personal insults.
mastershakejb is one of the worst of that type. l don't take too much notice of him.
