Don't know what planet your on Marcos, but his decision is true will only result in the UK telling spain the same as they told argentina “There will be no negoatiations of sovereingty until the people of Gibraltar say otherwise. The uk fully respects the people of Gibraltars right to self determination and to decide whom they wish to be governed by”. And Gibraltar response will be “We have no desire to become part of spain, so up your spain, and along with our brothers and sister in the falklands, we say up yours argentina too lol”.

Closing the gate is going to hurt Spain way more than it hurts Gibraltar - you would have thought Spain had learned that lesson the first time around...

Shame. As the UK has guaranteed that there will be no talks that don't include Gibraltar, Snr Landaluce will be talking to himself. Much as the Kirchner cow does.

Tough move from Spain. The difference with Argentina is that they have less options.

8 xbarilox And what was you just saying about spelling / key board errors, [ITS Behind,] and the UK is never nervous,
and the only scar left, was Argentinean scars, when you got beat by a tiny little island, out numbered out gunned, out numbered with planes,
May I suggest it is Argentina that is being left behind,
    Just a winning thought .

I agree with xbarilox. World public opinion is increasingly against the United Kingdom. The decolonization committee resolutions of United Nations is more relevant than ever. It is increasingly evident that colonialism and imperialism XXI century English goes in the opposite direction to humanity. Argentina has managed to grow global awareness that colonialism must be completed and installed this issue onto the agenda of world public opinion. Latin America supports the claims, both MERCOSUR and UNASUR as the United Nations, G-77 and now in the old British colonies CELAC support the Argentine claim. While everyone supports to resolve the conflict through dialogue, (just observe the UN resolutions such as 2065 (XX) of 1965, ratified by later resolutions 1973 (3160) 1976 (31/49), 1982 (37 / 9), 1983 (38/12), 1984 (39 / 6), 1985 (40/21), 1986 (41/40), 1987 (42/19) and 1988 (43/25), England clings in an attitude of non-autistic hear claims anticolonial.
