Knowing as we do that Spain plundered her colonies of gold, silver and anything of value, the question before the courts should be the return of the treasure to their legitimate owners, probably Peru. American courts so far decided so far in favour of their ally Spain specially since they need the money so badly after been plundered themselves by financial pirates some of them American.
